Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton are friends again and hanging out together.
They were spotted having at Palisades last night with Paris's little sister, Nicky. Before that, they partied together last weekend in Malibu, at Paris’s beach house.
One source said, "Paris has known Lindsay since she was 15 years old. The girls have had their falling-outs in the past, but they've put that all behind them. They feel that life is short and they're adults and have been friends way too long to let go."
Lindsay Lohan almost get sued for not paying her debts for a sound system and its instillation into her Californian home. It was cancelled because she went to paid her debts.
Stephen told gossip website TMZ: "She paid and I cancelled the small claims file.
"Lindsay is actually really nice and I think my invoice got mixed up or something ... It's all good now!"
Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner asked Lindsay Lohan to complete 480 hours of community service by next April and no delaying is allowed, and that she would .
Sautner said, "She’s not going to get five minutes more than one year to complete the service at a shelter for women and the county morgue."

Witness said, “Everyone at the table was drinking lemon drop shots and there were two bottles of Kettle One vodka on the table. She ordered two martinis from the waitress, but she said they were for a friend. So the waitress brought them out and handed them to her. One of the other girls shot the waitress a look and shook her head as if to say, ‘Don’t give that to her.’”
Witness continues, “But Lindsay took them anyway and took a big gulp out of one of them. About ten minutes later she did a shot of vodka. A guy was sitting on the other side of her poured himself a vodka on the rocks and I saw her take two sips out of it. But she was really careful to only order juice from the staff.”
“By 2am, she could barely stand. She was trying to stabilize herself on the chairs. Then she made it over to the curtains and hung on them. The manager saw this and went over and helped her stand up. She was really nice to the manager. She kept saying, ‘Thank you. All my friends left me.’ Then she picked up her phone and started screaming, ‘Everybody left me! Why did everyone leave me? Where are you?’”
“The manager went back over to her and told her not to worry. ‘I’ll help you. Don’t worry’, I heard the manager say. She eventually got outside, and when she got to her Escalade she just collapsed into it.”
Lindsay Lohan attended court and it turns out that she didn't do the things that she suppose to do according to report.
Judge Sautner said, "I'm not going to give her five extra minutes. I don't want to hear, 'Oh, I couldn't do it because I was on the set of the John Gotti movie."
Lindsay Lohan was spotted having dinner with New Zealand model Spencer Falls at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel and also leaving Lohan's home in Venice Beach, California.

When she was quoted about having any dates recently, she regrets that she wasted her time on romances in the past.
She said, “Not really… even if there was I wouldn’t tell you!. I’m really happy right now just putting myself first and putting work first. That’s… what’s really important to me. I didn’t do that for a very long time. When you’re growing up your relationships are your main priority and I’ve learned I need to love myself first and foremost.”
Lindsay Lohan thinks that criminals such as drug dealers, bank robbers, and arsonists should be allowed to roam free as long as they don't kill anybody.
She said, "Unless you're a killer, I don't see a reason to stay there. I never hurt anyone but myself."
