Lindsay Lohan was spotted having dinner with New Zealand model Spencer Falls at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel and also leaving Lohan's home in Venice Beach, California.
One source told America's Star magazine: "Lindsay seemed totally smitten by him and just really happy. It was really refreshing to see her back to her old self again."
