Lindsay Lohan will not be charged for assault.Keith Davidson, who is Holland's lawyer was quoted on how his client would respond if she's subpoenaed. He replied, "She won't."
This is because both Holland and Lohan are recovering addicts. Holland does not want "in any way shape or form to do anything that would violate Lindsay's probation or cause an arrest."
