Lindsay Lohan's dad has been in jail for domestic violence charges for hurting his ex girlfriend Kate Major.
Michael Lohan remained silent in court eventhough he is normally talkative.
Judge Nick Nazaretian asked him, "If you got something you want to say, say it now."
